With intensive use the appearance of scales often suffers, which badly affects the image of the enterprise. In this case you can buy new equipment, but if your equipment is working properly, such approach is not rational. Оur service center performs cleaning and painting of the housing/case of used scales of different brands. This service includes disassembly and reassembly, as parts of the housing are removed for quality painting. If necessary, keyboards and other parts can be replaced and even the housing can be replaced. If the main part of the case (the base) has small cracks - then in some situations it is possible to repair the case. If the case does not have cracks, but there is deformation of some parts due to mechanical, chemical or thermal effects, about half of the cases are replaced. In each case, the extent of the breakage and the possibilities of repair are evaluated.

During the painting process we also carry out diagnostics of the functionality of the internal mechanisms. One of the underestimated problems associated with the operation of the scales is insufficient cleanliness. The scales become very dirty during weighing of different foodstuffs. The dust gets inside and settles on the internal surfaces. During diagnostics it becomes clear whether repair of internal mechanisms, replacement of components (gears, keyboards, printing heads) is necessary.

Cleaning and painting time depends on the amount of work performed and, if necessary, the availability of the necessary parts in stock. Usually it takes from one to several days to repair the enclosure.

The cost of repair work depends on: 1) the amount of repair and restoration work; 2) the cost of parts needed in case of replacement.
